The PINK (Play, Interact, Network, Kick) Program recently held an inspiring and inclusive training session featuring Matildas Alex Chidiac. The session, designed to empower young female athletes, focused on fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of their background or skill level.
It was wonderful to have Chidiac, of Melbourne Victory and with 32 caps for Australia, at Morrison Bay to support the session. Chidiac got out on the pitch with our NWSF PINK squad and other all abilities players, alongside U10 girls from Ryde Panthers Football Club and Epping Football Club, and GSAP players from NWS Spirit FC and Macarthur FC!!
The PINK Program’s commitment to inclusivity was evident throughout the session, with players mixing together and enjoying a variety of football activities!
The event was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on the participants and further solidifying the PINK Program’s dedication to promoting inclusivity and empowering young female athletes to thrive in a supportive and welcoming environment.
